What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality of each piece, ensuring gallery-worthy results. If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@artistrybychelleb.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a full refund for the damaged item and assist with the return shipping process. Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Free shipping on all orders within the United States. Please allow 10-12 business days for production of your artwork. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any order may be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. Once production has been started, We cannot cancel any order.

What is the purpose of the Certificate of Authenticity?
Certificates of authenticity show the buyer that the artwork is authentic and valuable. Each certificate is completed by hand and identified by a unique traceable number with an hologram. All prints are limited editions, enhancing their value and collectability.

How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then place a new order for the desired item.

What materials do you use to create your artwork?
Each canvas print is created using gallery-quality materials ensuring consistency of vibrant colors and lasting beauty for up to 200 years.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally when purchased as a Canvas. Framed items are not currently available for international shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees and taxes may apply to international orders.
